The Movember charity is dedicated to championing men's health on a national scale. It all began in 2003, when a small group of 30 men made a pact to grow their moustaches over November. Their founding goal was clear: to leverage the power of the 'mo' to raise both funds and awareness for crucial men's health concerns.
Over the past 22 years, the charity has grown significantly and is now the leading men’s health charity in the UK, focused on tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.
Poor mental health remains a serious concern within the construction industry, especially among men. Many face challenges such as stress, anxiety, and depression brought on by tight deadlines, demanding workloads, and communication issues.
